A pretty English country bridal shoot

Happy Monday everyone!

I hope you're all enjoying this amazing summer weather. Today I want to share with you the cutest, sweetest photos every – Federica and Giulia country wedding photo shoot.

The project is a collaboration born after the Chiswick Vintage Wedding Fair. The vision of this photo shoot was to catch the pure feeling between to lovely brides. Federica and Giulia were just the perfect models.

I had the pleasure to work with very professional and enthusiastic people. Ali from Unique Dress, who supplied the lovely wedding dresses. Cristina Pala, an amazing hard working hair and make-up artist, and the very bubbly, smiling Jo from Josy-Posy with her gorgeous English bouquet flowers.

We didn't have any budget for this photo shoot, but this didn't stop us from producing heart warming beauty. This is obviously thanks to a very collaborative and talented team.

Leilah & Tyrone

Today’s blog is about Leilah and Tyrone who celebrated their love at the stunning riverside gastropub, the Duke’s Head in Putney. The story goes… I went to see Ali Rouse, from Unique Dress at her studio sometime ago. When I entered the room, my gaze fell upon a glorious silk wedding dress beautifully hand painted by Josie, from Things Worth Keeping. I had to ask who was the dress for, and this is how I met Leilah.

The Dress was inspired by the 1920s – elegant, glamorous and strikingly sexy. Ali magically put the dress together and the finishing touch of the painted flower only added to the beauty.
Tyrone and Leilah love to travel and this is why they decided a vintage travel theme would run through their wedding.

Leilah spent many hours hand making every little detail, from the bunting to the paper flowers. She looked stunning and the pub’s interior so beautifully decorated, matched perfectly the stylish couple. After all, the pub is a grand Victorian grade II listed building. The room chosen for the celebration was the Wolsey on the first floor, with spectacular views of the Thames.
Tyrone looked very handsome with his petrol blue suit. He wore an atlas paper corsage created by Leilah.

Leilah’s finishing touch was a dragonfly pendant, a family treasure, and an antique lace parasol which belonged to the groom’s mother.

A big “thank you” to everyone. Cristina Pala for her amazing hair and makeup. Ali Rouse for the wonderful dress. Leilah and Tyrone for being patiently collaborative. Plus, a huge thank you to the Duke’s Head staff for being so helpful and friendly.
